GLAD - Greeks Learning to Avoid Debt
Geared primarily towards youth participating in Guideright/Kappa League and undergraduate members of the fraternity, GLAD is an organization wide financial literacy and wellness program.
Some high level topics of the initiative include:

Setup a 529 Education Plan

Providing critical instruction to children regarding financial responsibility and freedom

Psychological aspect of debt

Bank credit repair programs (don’t be fooled)

680 vs 740 credit score

How to borrow someone's good credit
As an addition to the GLAD initiative, the fraternity utilizes the iGrad: Financial Wellness platform. This platform provides central access to a wealth of financial information.
Columbia (MD) Alumni fully supports this fraternity wide initiative internally through wellness workshops aimed at assisting chapter Brothers in their financial lives.
